Service Overview

1. RevoxCo provides tailored transportation solutions for events and individuals worldwide. Our services include shuttles, staff transport, fleet procurement, and close protection personnel where required. These terms apply to all clients globally.

Vehicle Use

1. RevoxCo reserves the right to request the return of a vehicle at any time. Vehicle use is subject to the terms of our insurance. The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate.

Close Protection Services

1. When close protection personnel are required, RevoxCo will arrange for professionally trained security personnel. These services are subject to availability and additional costs. Requests must be made in advance to ensure proper coordination. As we use third-party close protection services, their terms and conditions will also apply.

Payments and Booking Confirmation

1. Payments must be received and confirmed for the booking to be validated. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal. Quotes are subject to confirmation upon full payment and agreement to these terms. Bookings are not confirmed until RevoxCo has issued written or electronic confirmation.

Cancellations and Changes

1. Cancellations, where payment has already been made, will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge.
2. Cancellations made at least 3 weeks prior to the booking time, unless agreed otherwise, will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.
3. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the total booking fee.
4. Changes to the itinerary or booking must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional fees depending on availability and the scope of the changes.

International Service Limitations

1. RevoxCo endeavours to provide consistent services globally. However, due to varying local regulations, road conditions, or security concerns, certain services may be restricted in specific regions. RevoxCo will inform clients of any such limitations at the time of booking.

Liability

1. RevoxCo accepts no responsibility for:
2. Loss or damage to property carried in the vehicle.
3. Delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
4. Injury or death caused by third-party actions or circumstances outside of RevoxCo’s control.

Airport Transfers

1. For airport transfers, RevoxCo provides a meet-and-greet service, with drivers monitoring flight statuses. We allow a waiting time of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights free of charge. Any additional waiting time will be charged accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information, including flight details, pick-up locations, and any special requests (such as close protection services), is accurate and communicated clearly to RevoxCo.

Non-Smoking Policy

1. RevoxCo operates a strict non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles unless stated otherwise in advance.

Right to Refuse Service

1. RevoxCo reserves the right to refuse transport to any passenger who exhibits disorderly or abusive behaviour that may compromise the safety and comfort of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Data Sharing with Partners

1. RevoxCo reserves the right to share relevant information with third-party partners, such as close protection providers or other service vendors, to facilitate seamless service delivery. Any shared information will be limited to what is necessary for fulfilling the contracted service.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
