The Grand National 2025 delivered everything racing fans could want  drama, upsets, and a finish for the ages. On 5th April, 2025, as the clock struck four, 34 runners broke from the tape at Aintree Racecourse, but only 19 made it past the opening fence after a mass pile up that left the grandstands gasping.

In the end, it was I Am Maximus, trained by Willie Mullins and ridden by Harry Cobden, who surged past the line to win by a neck over Delta Work at 8/1. 

Away from the fences, the spectacle extended beyond the turf. With road closures clogging the A59 and rail services pushed beyond capacity, event transport became a story of its own. Looking ahead, the Grand National 2026 (April 2nd – 4th, 2026) is already generating buzz. The Jockey Club has hinted at augmented-reality fence cams and expanded family zones, while Mullins eyes back-to-back triumphs. Attendance could exceed 160,000, making corporate event logistics and group transportation solutions more critical than ever.
